The course also featured unique tools, including catalog navigation and customizable content, ensuring adaptability to meet different client needs. With a focus on practical application and impactful learning, this sales course empowers participants to excel in competitive markets.

Challenge

The client needed a sales course that effectively trained distributors and sales teams while maintaining a high level of engagement. They wanted a program that would not only provide valuable insights but also help learners improve their skills in real-world scenarios. The project faced several challenges:

Goal

Our goal was to create a sales course in Articulate Rise that was both practical and engaging, equipping learners with the tools they need to excel in competitive markets.

To achieve this, we:

  • Designed interactive modules, such as market identification and competitor analysis, to help learners apply knowledge directly to their roles.
  • Implemented scenario-based training to mimic real-world challenges and improve decision-making skills.
  • Developed customizable content, including an adaptable final slide, ensuring the course could meet diverse buyer requirements.

This project highlights our ability to overcome challenges and deliver a tailored sales course that fosters learner engagement and improves customer satisfaction.

This sales course was designed to provide a comprehensive and interactive learning experience despite multiple challenges throughout the project. The client requested two 15-minute modules, the second of which was focused on sales skills and included scenario-based interactions for practical learning. Due to limited client engagement, significant delays, and missing content, we had to employ creative problem-solving and extensive research to deliver a polished final product.
